For a comprehensive sleep evaluation, physicians may refer patients directly to our medical director, Dr. Zhao. Sleep diagnostic testing, PAP therapy or any other appropriate treatment will be arranged only when necessary.
Physicians may also refer patients directly to our sleep laboratory by faxing a signed order with diagnosis to the number 703-531-0020.
For your convenience we have a Patient Referral Form which can be downloaded or obtained from our office. Any additional history you provide is very helpful. We will contact your patient to schedule their study and take care of any prior authorization with their insurance.
Following the sleep study, the recording is scored by our registered polysomnography technologist and interpreted by Dr. Zhao. A timely report with recommendations will be issued.
